Position Of The Houston Astros

The Houston Astros are the only team listed that does not have a standing game this week. The other games that are played on this day include the New York Yankees, Los Angeles Dodgers and San Francisco Giants. The California Angels are still waiting to play their season opener as the Angels officially announced that they will be playing against the Colorado Rockies at home starting Tuesday. The Houston Texans are also without a game as they prepare for a possible move to Houston. The Houston Texans are also not scheduled to play another game until the Spring of 2021. This is all very confusing, as it seems that both the Astros and Texans would benefit from having a game to start the new year.

Cubs Vs. The Colorado Rockie

It will be interesting to see how the Cubs do against the Colorado Rockies this Wednesday. The Cubs are one of the worst teams in the MLB in terms of wins, especially since July 3rd. The Cubs are also tied for the most losses this season and it looks like manager Joe Girard may opt to send reliever Kyle Drabek to the minors to get some help. The trade for Drabek was reportedly sparked by Girard’s frustrations with the player’s inability to throw strikes. Whether or not this decision will work out for the Cubs is really not known. It will definitely be interesting to watch Cubs’ pitchers go up against Rockies hitters though.

Bottom Line

The Cleveland Indians will take on the Chicago White Sox in the bottom of a three-game series that begins on Friday night in Cleveland. The Indians are one of the worst teams in the American League and have very little chance at winning this series. The only bright spot on the Indians’ team is their pitcher, Chris Tillman, who is doing what he does because he knows he can go to any batter and accomplish anything he wants with the baseball Indians. MLB free picks have the Indians as a big part of your draft day plans, so check them out at your leisure and then get ready to root for the Indians to take home the pennant.
